As co-owner of Eleese Hair Studio, Laura has built her career on precision, consistency, and an uncompromising standard of excellence. Since beginning her journey behind the chair in 1993, she has remained deeply committed to advanced education, refining her craft through elite trainings both nationally and internationally, including New York, Toronto, and London.

Her extensive education includes work with some of the industry’s most respected names—Aveda, Wella, Redken, Vidal Sassoon, L’Oréal, Nioxin, Keratin Complex, ColorProof, Paul Mitchell, Unite, Olaplex, and more—allowing her to deliver highly customized, technically refined results for each client.

Laura is known for her precision in color placement and formulation, creating polished, consistent results that prioritize both beauty and hair integrity. Her approach is thoughtful and methodical, with a strong focus on longevity—ensuring her clients’ hair not only looks exceptional the day they leave the salon, but continues to maintain its quality between visits.

Over the course of her career, Laura has cultivated long-standing relationships with her clients, many of whom have been with her for decades. This loyalty is a reflection of her professionalism, attention to detail, and the trust she builds with every guest who sits in her chair.
Outside of the salon, Laura values time spent with her family, close friends, and her four beloved pets—her “kids”—who are at the center of her world. Her appreciation for connection, loyalty, and consistency extends beyond her personal life and is felt in every aspect of her work.
